Over the two days, guided tours, special events and special openings will be organised at Italian museums and cultural venues, each year focusing on a different theme. <br \/>On Saturday, special evening openings are scheduled at state museums, with admission at a nominal fee of \u20ac1.00 (excluding those entitled to free entry under the law).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On 26 and 27 September, Pisa\u2019s National Museums are offering special opening hours with extended evening opening times and a double bill of musical events to accompany visits to the art collections.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Museum of Ancient Ships in Pisa<\/strong> will be open on Saturday from 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm and on Sunday from 10.00 am to 7.30 pm, <strong>the Museum of San Matteo<\/strong> on Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and from 7.30 pm to 11.30 pm, and on Sunday from 9.00 am to 1.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. <br \/><strong>On 26 September, admission for both museums is 1 euro for evening entry after 7.30 pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On Saturday 26 September at 10.30 am at the Palazzo Reale Museum, \u2018The Four Seasons\u2019 <\/strong>with the Ferracci and De Nitto duo on violin and accordion. The musicians will perform Vivaldi\u2019s famous piece in Max Richter\u2019s contemporary reworking, followed by Astor Piazzolla\u2019s \u2018Las Cuatro Estaciones Portenas\u2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On 26 and 27 September, the National Museums of Pisa are holding special opening days with extended opening hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On Sunday 27 September at 11.00 am at the Museo di San Matteo, the \u2018Goldberg Variations\u2019 <\/strong>will be performed by \u2018I Cameristi del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino\u2019. Lorenzo Fuoco on violin, Dezi Herber on viola and Elida Pali on cello will perform Johann Sebastian Bach\u2019s work in Dmitry Sitkovetsky\u2019s transcription for strings.
