Admission to the square is free, but there is a charge for masterclasses, show cooking and tasting tours.<\/p>\n<p>The Festival reaffirms its focus on food sustainability, understood as the promotion of zero-kilometre production, the Mediterranean diet, food safety and waste reduction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The market exhibition is the beating heart of the event:<\/strong> around 80 producers from the Terre di Pisa will welcome you to their stands. It will be a unique opportunity to discover, taste and purchase local products of the highest quality, the result of work rooted in the traditions of the Pisa countryside.
