This is an eco-sustainable festival combining seasonal variety with organic and biodynamic production from Monte Pisano.<\/p>\n<p>Protagonists of the evening, along with a wide choice of first courses, will be companies that focus on quality: Bioagriturismo Il Cerreto and Azienda Agricola Biologica Floriddia (pasta and pulses), Bio Colombini (vegetables), Consorzio Biologico Toscana Qualit\u00e0 and the Azienda Casearia Biodinamica Il Poggione.<br \/>\nThe wine proposal will also be characterised by quality and eco-sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>The festival will also be music and theatre!
