Through an account of the main construction phases and direct observation of the spaces, from the monastery\u2019s rooms to the main courtyard, we will explore the architectural elements that witness to the complex\u2019s various stages of growth and transformation.<br \/>\nTicket: \u20ac10 adults, \u20ac8 children aged 6 to 12, free for under-6s + Museum admission ticket<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.terredipisa.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/ticket-certosa-1-marzo.jpg\"><strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Would you like to visit the spectacular courtyard of honour and the magnificent church?<\/strong><\/a>On Saturday afternoons (2:00-6:30 p.m.) and Sunday mornings (9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.), you can do so without any time restrictions (admission \u20ac5, reduced \u20ac2).<br \/>\n<strong>Are you an individual or small group and would like to take the full tour?<\/strong> Join one of the scheduled tours. For information and bookings, call +39 324 0018050.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>The Museum<\/strong><br \/>\nThe evocative rooms of the National Museum of the Monumental Charterhouse of <strong>Calci<\/strong>, in the Val Graziosa, rich in art and history, were home to the Carthusian order from the 14th to the 20th century and here the monks lived according to the strict Carthusian rule based on prayer, meditation and study.<\/p>\n<p>Accompanied by the staff of the national museum, visitors will be able to enter the areas dedicated to hermit life, the large cloister, along whose arms are the 15 cells of the monks, one of which is open for visits.
