Dinner features Tuscan recipes in collaboration with the restaurant \u2018La Terrazza sul Borgo\u2019, followed by guided tours to learn about mining techniques and the stories of the miners.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program 22nd November<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>7.15 pm meeting at the mine office. Presentation of the mine and guided tour of the tunnels. Departure at 7.30 pm. At 8.15 pm dinner in the former mine offices.<br \/>Places are limited and booking is required. The event includes an evening tour of the tunnels, followed by an indoor dinner in the former mine offices. The menu, featuring local dishes, will be dedicated to Tuscan culinary tradition. See the programme by clicking on the poster or on the page<\/p>\n<p>The history of the medieval village of <strong>Montecatini Val di Cecina<\/strong> is linked to the copper mine that remained active until 1907 and represents a historic milestone in the field of copper extraction.
