History and Architecture of the Church of San RanieriThe current church, dedicated to the patron saint of Pisa, San Ranieri, represents the evolution of the original 18th-century chapel. A significant expansion in 1879 redefined the structure while preserving the historical essence of the original building. During this work, the bell tower was relocated to make room for the Salviati family tomb.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n
