The Association aims to carry out recreational and leisure activities in the fields of culture, sport, tourism, promotion, music, theatre, food promotion and social solidarity. For the human and social growth of its members, the Association may also promote and manage cultural, recreational, tourist, welfare, environmental and educational activities. It encourages the extension of cultural, sporting and recreational activities and forms of consortium between members, clubs and other democratic organisations. The association also proposes to offer its members suitable and efficient services, means and facilities for their training needs, in particular for the dissemination and promotion through courses and whatever else may be proposed in the context of personal growth and active and cultural socialisation. Spreading and educating people to a lifestyle linked to "slow living" in its various recreational, social, training and cultural forms. It can promote directly or in collaboration with other associations, public institutions, foundations and its own initiatives, in particular, it can organise promotional, recreational, cultural, sporting, tourist and social events and activities.
