We are a small biodynamic farm that practices eco-sustainable production models. Since 2007, thanks to a skilful work of green manure, water management, composting and terracing, we have transformed a farmhouse abandoned for 50 years into a living place, completely recovered in the perspective of biodiversity. The Podere offers its guests 5 rooms in B&B and 1 flat completely renovated in a green building and furnished with style. The rooms are elegant and essential, bright and spacious, perfectly integrated with the external environment, suitable for couples and families who wish to spend a holiday immersed in the unspoilt nature of Tuscany. Our aim is to share a magical place for personal care and to contribute to the search for inner well-being. Be our guest and become part of a living agricultural organism, you will be in tune with a land where the hands of men and women cultivate and transform natural products, in perfect harmony with the external environment and the Genius Loci of this silent Tuscany.

BIO BREAKFAST is served from 8:00 to 10:30. There is a large buffet with seasonal fruit, homemade cakes and jams, yoghurt and organic products from nearby farms. SWIMMING POOL WITH SEA VIEW The farmhouse has a 25-metre swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and equipped with sun loungers and parasols, offering a corner of relaxation and wellbeing to all guests of the Podere, who wish to regenerate with a long swim or enjoy the Tuscan sun. Open seasonally and for the exclusive use of Podere's guests. WI-FI CONNECTION Free wi-fi is available in all areas of the property. In order to limit environmental and noise pollution and in respect of nature, the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning or TV, for a better quality of life and a truly relaxing holiday, away from stress.

That is why we have decided to provide a room for lovers of Yoga and Meditation, for those who already know this world and for those who wish to approach it. COOKING COURSES We welcome groups of friends, aspiring cooks or simple lovers of cooking who wish to try their hand at cooking and learn new and genuine recipes.

Nei dintorni Le Tassinaie farm is located in the locality of Terriccio, in the municipality of Castellina Marittima (PI) in a strategic position to engage in many different activities, to discover places and live experiences in direct contact with the territory of the Etruscan Coast, an area of particular environmental value characterized by an important biodiversity. A few kilometres away from the structure, you can reach the most famous art cities of Tuscany. Pisa, the nearest city is only 48 km away, Florence 98 km, Siena and Lucca about 90 km. In addition to the cities of art, not to be missed for those coming on holiday to the Etruscan Coast are the beautiful medieval villages of Bolgheri (32 km) with its famous Viale dei Cipressi, Castagneto Carducci (39 km) and Suvereto (59 km). Trekking enthusiasts will be able to enjoy itineraries of varying difficulty that can be covered in a day, offering great views and a full immersion in nature. Not to be missed are the possible excursions to the Livorno Hills, the woods of Sassetta and Macchia della Magona, between Bolgheri and Bibbona, and the extraordinary route through the Piombino promontory, a green lung overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, close to the Etruscan ruins of the acropolis and necropolis of Populonia.
