The Tirrenia Golf Club is the first club to be built in the Province of Pisa. The course, designed by the English architect Ken Cotton and superbly crafted in 1967 in the splendid greenery of a luxuriant Mediterranean maquis, is now located in the San Rossore Natural Park. Elected a few years ago by the magazine "Golf Digest" as the best 9-hole course in Italy, it offers players a harmonious and stimulating course... a garden where relaxation and sport have found their home. Even those who do not play golf can find their favourite destination here, enjoying the delicious local dishes at the club's restaurant or immersing themselves in the unspoilt nature of its nature trail, which has been awarded the coveted 'Impegnati nel Verde' (Committed to the Green) prize by the FIG.
