Biscottificio La scala was born in San Miniato (Pisa). By respecting recipes of Tuscan traditional confectionery, with imagination and research, we create a huge variety of Tuscan biscuits and sweets, such as: Cantuccini (by taking particular attention into the realization of different tastes, which differ in flavours and crumbiness), Stuffed Biscuits, Ricciarelli, Cavallucci, handmade Panettone.
