Arcenni Tuscany raises Helix Aspersa Muller snails exclusively with the natural full-cycle method outdoors. The birth and growth cycle takes place in large enclosures that recreate a natural habitat specially designed for heliciculture. Here snails can reproduce and grow under strict control, with a totally natural diet. The snails are then collected and left to purge before being made available for sale or processing. It is nature that dictates the laws of development and growth of the snail, the intervention of man is aimed only at making sure that everything happens in the best possible way. Arcenni Tuscany, which has as its primary objective the genuineness and naturalness of its meat, takes care of the entire snail supply chain, starting with farming, harvesting and purging and ending with the transformation processes. The goal of our company is to bring to the table products with a genuine and authentic flavor, the result of a high quality artisan production, made in Tuscany.
