The European Museum Night | Terre di Pisa

This year on the evening of 18th May, the doors of the museums taking part in the initiative “European Museum Night” will open. This international initiative provides for extraordinary evening openings of European museums on the Saturday night closest to 18 May, the International Day of Museums promoted by ICOM (International Council of Museums).

At the National Museum of the Monumental Charterhouse of Calci (Via Roma, 79) it will be possible to visit the Museum’s permanent exhibitions in an enchanting evening setting, from 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m., and access will be completely free of charge. The temporary exhibition ‘Kryptòs. Deception and mimicry in the animal world’ and the Aquarium will also be open, at the price of the regular ticket. Admission does not require a reservation.
