The calendar of initiatives in the municipality of Castellina Marittima includes events from May to October
Saturday 8, 22, 29 July and Saturday 5, 19 and 26 August: Discover Castellina
guided tours with mini excursion to the Alabaster Ecomuseum and aperitif on the terrace. Duration 3 h.
24 and 25 June: Arcaica – Two days to visit Castellina and rediscover traditional practices. Free participation with reservation
On the second Sunday of the month the craft market in Piazza Giaconi
2 July: Lavender Days with excursion and guided visit to the fields. The highlight of the summer is the traditional festival of poor cuisine in the historic centre from 7 to 30 July.
In August, don’t miss the Sagra della porchetta, now in its 43rd edition, at Montauti Park and the Utopia del Buongusto festival show (25 August).
