Porchetta, shank and craft beer festival | Buti

The Contrada San Nicolao promotes the traditional porchetta, shank and craft beer festival at the Danielli park in Buti. The star will be the porchetta to be enjoyed on a plate or in a simple sandwich, or in the speciality porchetta pasta. According to the Contrada tradition, pasta alla puntaccollese and baked shank cooked in craft beer ‘made by Orzo Bruno brewery’.

The festival takes place over two weekends, from Friday to Sunday, 8-10 and 15-17 July, with food stands opening at 7.30 p.m.
