The centre of this event is Bolgheri where three itineraries begin: Percorso Elegante-Elegant Itinerary (20km), Percorso Buongustaio-Gourmand Itinerary (60km) and Percorso Etrusco-Etruscan Itinerary (110km) the turning point is at Pomarance where there is a beautiful slightly inclined up hill dirt track itinerary immersed in the uncontaminated nature of the Valle del Diavolo-The Devil’s Valley- in Alta Val di Cecina – upper Cecina Valley
