Eco Institute Cerbaie has been presenting the “Springtime in the Cerbaie Hills” hiking program for 20 years. From March to June , walks in the wild nature of the hills between the Padule (Marsh) of Bientina and Fucecchio accompanied by wild lunches and dinners based on herbs, flowers and fruits.
