From the union of two excellences of Tuscan cuisine, stringozzo or strozzaprete and Cinta Senese meat, comes the recipe to which the festival organised by the Pievania contrada is dedicated

46th Frog Festival – Sports Area – Cascine di Buti
The highlight of the summer, one of the longest-running in Tuscany with no less than 46 editions, it offers fried and stewed frog dishes, as well as other delicious dishes including soup, penne del mulino pasta and barbecued meat.
