It is entirely dedicated to the history and evolution of the company and offers visitors an immersive experience into the world of pasta. Photo and video documentation shows how the artisans worked masterfully to create the various types of pasta. One of the most fascinating sections of the museum is dedicated to the traditional methods of pasta production, with authentic pasta machines from the past from various historical periods, operated manually by the artisans who worked carefully to make superior quality pasta.
On the upper floor is the MO restaurant, which serves traditional dishes with the best raw materials for high-quality cuisine with simple ingredients accompanied by a good glass of wine. This culinary experience complements your visit to the museum, allowing you to fully appreciate Italian pasta. And you can then buy what you have tasted at the shop on your way out of the museum.
